Iran’s international referee Simin Rezaei has showed such a precise and faultless judgment that chief referee allowed her to judge the semi-finals.
According to IRNA's reporter in Tokyo, Rezaei has been able to judge properly at preliminary and mixed doubles quarter-finals; so, she was allowed to judge the important competition between Singapore's Yu Mengyu and China’s Chen Meng.
Yu Mengyu has been beaten by China’s world number 1 Chen Meng and will compete for Olympics bronze.
Rezaei's judgment was so good and fair that her presence in the final competition of the table tennis women’s singles of the Tokyo Olympics is predictable.
The credible referee has shown such a good judgment in the semi-finals that her presence is considered a great honor for Iran's table tennis and referees association.
Iran’s international referee, Simin Rezaei, became a member of Committee on Rules and Regulations of the World Federation of Table Tennis in 2017.
